Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers to ICCP 2026. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process by at least three members of the Program Committee.
Paper Format
- Papers must be written in English
- Papers should follow the IEEE conference paper format
- Regular papers: 6 pages maximum (including references)
- Short papers: 4 pages maximum (including references)
- Additional pages may be purchased at registration
Submission System
Paper submissions will be handled through the EasyChair conference management system.

Workshop and Special Session Submission Guidelines
Papers will be submitted through the conference submission system, specifying the corresponding workshop or special session title:
- “Trusted Artificial Intelligence”
- “Intelligent and Autonomous Systems”
- “AI for Medical Imaging and Diagnosis”
- “CC-APPS - Workshop on computing continuum: fundamentals, applications and security”.
- “AI for the Future Energy System”
Review Process
- All papers will be reviewed by at least three reviewers
- Reviews will be double-blind — authors should not include identifying information in their submissions
- Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, clarity, and relevance
Publication
- Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore
- Papers will be indexed by Web of Science and Scopus
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference
Important Notes
- Submissions must represent original work not previously published or currently under review elsewhere
- All authors must follow the IEEE guidelines on plagiarism and ethical conduct
- Papers not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore
