Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

Instructions for preparing the camera-ready version of accepted papers will be available after the notification of acceptance.

General Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers will need to:

1. Revise the paper according to the reviewers’ comments
2. Ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility by using the IEEE PDF eXpress tool
3. Complete the IEEE copyright form (eCF) via the submission system
4. Submit the final version through the conference management system by the camera-ready deadline

IEEE PDF eXpress

All camera-ready papers must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress check to ensure compatibility with IEEE Xplore.

• Conference ID for PDF eXpress will be provided after acceptance notification
• Visit IEEE PDF eXpress to verify your paper

Copyright Form

• The IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) must be completed for each accepted paper
• The copyright form will be available through the submission system

Important Notes

• The camera-ready version must not exceed 6 pages (regular papers) or 4 pages (short papers)
• At least one author must be registered at the full registration rate before submitting the camera-ready paper
• Papers without a registered author by the camera-ready deadline will be removed from the proceedings
