Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers written in English. All submissions will be reviewed based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Papers should not exceed 8 pages (A4 paper size 210x297mm / 8.27"x11.69", two-column) and should comply with IEEE formatting. The A4 paper templates are available here. Make sure to use the template's conference mode. The organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format.
Papers should be submitted electronically, in PDF format, via the on-line submission system. All manuscripts submitted for review must be blinded - with no author information available, including, but not limited to, authors' names, affiliations, metadata in the PDF file disclosing authorship, unblinded references to their previous work, research grants numbers etc. For each paper, the abstract in the PDF file should also be uploaded in the on-line submission system. Authors must check that both the PDF file and the abstract in the online submission system can be viewed and printed correctly. In order to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program, the authors must select at least one topic, from the list provided by the submission system.
The submission is now open for uploading the camera ready version of the accepted papers .
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The oral presentation of a paper will be offered a 20-minute slot.
