Registration

At least one of the paper authors' should register and participate, giving a technical presentation. Do not forget to complete the steps specified in the camera ready submission instructions and to send a signed copy of the registration form at the following e-mail address: iccp@conference.utcluj.ro.  

The registration fee covers the following: one copy of the proceedings, reception cocktail, coffee breaks, lunch, conference banquet. Please note that any additional expenses regarding bank charges are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants. 

If you need a visa for entering Romania, let us know as soon as possible. Keep in mind that Romania is member of the European Union, but not of the Schengen Area.  More details at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.

To apply for a visa, you need an invitation issued by the conference organizers. Please fill in the section written in English of the Invitation template, save it in .pdf format and send it at iccp@conference.utcluj.ro. (An example on how to fill in the invitation form is given here). Once we get the pdf document filled in by you, the conference organizers will have it signed and sent back to you.
