ICCP2013 > Author Area > Call for Papers

Authors are invited to submit papers written in English. All submissions will be reviewed based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.

Papers should not exceed 8 pages and should comply with IEEE formatting (A4 paper size  210x297mm / 8.27"x11.69", two-column). The paper templates can be downloaded here or directly from the IEEE site. The conference organizers reserve the right to reject submissions that exceed 8 pages or do not make a reasonable attempt to adhere to the proceedings format.

Papers should be submitted electronically via the on-line submission system. All papers must be in PDF format (blinded papers - without authors), checked that the file can be viewed and printed correctly. Authors will need to submit an abstract for each paper and select, from the list provided by the submission system, the track(s) to assist with the allocation of papers to reviewers and with the organization of the conference program.

Note: To make the paper available through IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory that all authors submit a final PDF file that is compatible with IEEE Xplore. This compatibility is described in IEEE-PDF-SpecV401.pdf. Alternatively, you may use the following job options file to set Adobe Distiller to the correct requirements: xplore_distiller_files.zip.

Full papers and short papers will be accepted for oral presentation and will be published in the main proceedings.  The oral talks will be scheduled for a 20-minute slot in the case of full papers and a 15-minute slot in the case of short papers. Papers accepted as posters will be presented at the poster session and will be published in the poster proceedings.
